This policy covers sumzee.co and the free Sumzee Claude skills (Profit Agent and System Builder). Sumzee is run by Gregory Balon. Questions or requests: gpbalon@gmail.com.
What we collect on the site
- Free skill form: your first name, email, agency size, and how you reached the page (campaign tags and the referring site).
- Qualifier quiz: your answers about your business (industry, team size, approximate revenue, tools, metrics and main pain) and the email or WhatsApp number you give us.
- Newsletter: your email and where on the site you signed up.
- Booking a call: the details you enter in Calendly.
- Visit statistics: pages viewed, traffic source, device type and country.
How we use it
We use this to give you the skills, reply to you, prepare and hold calls, send the newsletter you signed up for, and see which channels work. We may email you personally to ask how the skill worked for you. We don’t sell your data.
The Claude skills
The skills run inside your own Claude account, and your files stay there. Sumzee does not receive them. System Builder saves your data in your own Airtable, through your own connection. Your use of Claude and Airtable is covered by their own terms.
We receive something from the skills only if you click to send it:
- Feedback box: your ratings and any comment, in an email from your email app.
- “Set it up with Sumzee” and “Email the brief”: a short brief, shown on the page first, with your business name, team size, revenue range, margin, verdict and which data you have. It reaches us through Calendly booking notes or your email app.
The install guides and the System Builder’s schema page load fonts from Google Fonts.
Who helps us
We use Lovable and Supabase (site hosting, visit statistics and the form database), Google (Sheets, Gmail and Google Fonts) and Calendly (booking). They process data for us to provide these services.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by emailing us.
Your choices
Email gpbalon@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, including complaining to your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
